It's not everybody that doesn't care about clients. When I was stranded that time in Kiev with no one, the hotel Manager was very friendly and would often sit and talk with me for hours. Here in Ukraine nobody cares about the clients. And it's your problem if you have any inconviniance. Actually you think too good about police in Russia and Ukrain. I'm sure that even if you could call them that time they said thay that thay do not taking calls from a cell or that they do not have any gas to come to solve the situation.
